Search links and DIY orders on JoyaGoo
JoyaGoo’s current shopping guide says its search accepts Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Yupoo, and Weidian links. It also points shoppers to DIY Orders when a product cannot be imported normally, including some Yupoo, WeChat, and Xianyu purchases.
QC, return timing, and storage
JoyaGoo describes warehouse QC photos after arrival and tells shoppers to inspect them promptly. Its guide currently refers to a five-day request period after QC completion for eligible returns or exchanges and advertises 90 days of free warehouse storage. Seller approval and product exclusions can still affect after-sales requests.
Parcel submission and rehearsal
Stored items can be combined, assigned to an available route, and submitted with packaging options. JoyaGoo distinguishes normal parcel submission using an estimated freight payment from rehearsal packing, where packed weight and shipping cost are established first.
