Broad link support and manual orders
LoongBuy currently documents product selection from Tmall, Taobao, Xianyu, 1688, JD, Yupoo, Vipshop, Weidian, Pinduoduo, and Xiaohongshu. It can capture many listings automatically; when a link cannot be parsed, the shopper must manually enter the product name, colour, size, specification, quantity, and sale details.
Five item photos and defined inspection limits
LoongBuy currently advertises five default QC photos per shopping-agent item, three international-parcel photos, free extra photo requests, and 90 days of free storage. Its inspection rules cover visible style, quantity, colour, size, and model, but exclude hidden contents of sealed goods and electronics authenticity, functionality, or specialist quality.
Package evidence and freight adjustment
Multiple warehouse orders can be combined into one parcel. LoongBuy says the account shows the packed parcel photo, weighing photo, actual weight, and shipping charge. International freight begins from an estimated quotation and is adjusted after the logistics provider confirms size and weight; customs declarations and route risks remain the shopper's responsibility.
