Online, offline, purchasing, and forwarding
SpanBuy says users can submit a product link or name for Chinese online or offline purchasing, while its service agreement also covers forwarding. Purchased goods are sent to its China warehouse, inspected, and made available for parcel consolidation.
Standard and special-category storage clocks
SpanBuy currently provides 90 days of free storage for standard goods, counted separately from each package's warehouse date. Its published policy shortens free storage to 15 days for fragile goods, liquids, and food, and recommends processing high-value packages promptly. Overdue management fees and disposal rules apply.
Inspection objections and compliant declarations
The service agreement describes a free appearance check, quantity verification, and photo documentation, with three days to object to an inspection report. Before shipping, use truthful product descriptions and values, check prohibited goods, select an eligible route, retain purchase proof, and review the route-specific insurance and claim limits.
