Five free QC photos and their limits
SUGARGOO currently states that shopping-agent orders receive five free QC photos per item after warehouse sign-in and one free packed-parcel photo. Its documented QC checks style, colour, size, quantity, and visible appearance for eligible items, while sealed goods, electronics functionality, authenticity, materials, and hidden defects have important limitations.
Special 1688 inspection rules
SUGARGOO explains that bulk 1688 orders can receive carton-level or sample inspection depending on seller guarantee indicators. This is different from assuming every unit in a wholesale order has been individually checked. Extra detailed photography is available as a paid add-on.
Consolidation and rehearsal shipping
Items from Taobao, JD, or 1688 can be held in the Packing Center and consolidated into one international parcel. SUGARGOO also lists rehearsal shipping for previewing packed costs, together with protective packaging and insurance choices. Verify current storage, route, and freight terms before submission.
