Standard links and manual Superbuy orders
Superbuy currently supports shopping-agent orders from mainstream Chinese marketplaces and provides a DIY form when a product cannot be imported normally. Its official form specifically mentions Taobao, 1688, Xianyu, Weidian, Pinduoduo, Xiaohongshu, and Dewu as examples, while warning that second-hand and unverified sources may have extra fees and limited return rights.
QC photos, warehouse time, and consolidation
Superbuy advertises routine appearance inspection, three free QC photos, and 90 days of free storage. Items bought from different sellers can remain in the warehouse and be consolidated. The inspection is visual rather than a guarantee of authenticity, hidden condition, material, fit, or electronic performance.
Two-stage payment and final freight
The documented process separates product and Chinese domestic delivery charges from international freight. The first parcel charge is a deposit based on estimated weight, route, and destination; the carrier-confirmed packed size and weight determine the final adjustment. Check restrictions, optional packing, insurance, customs, and current fees before dispatch.
